Join me for an evening of shared secrets from my 15+ years as a professional sommelier about how to nail the pairing every time, how to pair in difficult situations, and which rules to break. You will leave with the confidence to dazzle your friends, family and colleagues with your newfound pairing prowess.
Three courses of hearty snacks will be served alongside 12 wines to help guide your learning and illustrate how to navigate the most common principles of food & wine pairing.
