Not once in the four year history of Sips Toronto have I wanted to offer stemware….until now. I bought my first set of GlasVin glasses specifically made for mature Burgundy because I am a big nerd, and I love them. Not only are they incredibly flattering to the wines I enjoy, they are now four years old. Hand blow stems, built to last. Yes, I am wine professional who I used to handling expensive glasses. Fair point. However, I have also given these glasses to my clients who are certainly not…to rave reviews. What makes them so different? Two words; dishwasher safe. Most breakage happens during cleaning, and these side step that.
