Do you only manage large collections?
Absolutely not! We work with collections of all sizes.
From living room fridges and private wine clubs to basements, bunkers and secret lairs. Your collection is in multiple locations / cities? No problem! Wherever your wine is, that’s where we will be.
How long does it take?
That’s a difficult question to answer, because it depends. Generally speaking, collections under 500 bottles take half a day and 1000 bottles about a day. The variables are always the condition and location of the collection to start. Hauling cases and unpacking boxes will always take extra time and care. Â
What does it cost?
For your original onboarding, we charge per bottle based on the condition of the collection with a range between $1.50 an $3.00. Ongoing maintenance (unpacking, logging & depletion) is charged at an hourly rate, with a three hour minimum. Both may be subject to travel and expense charges.   Â
